CABLE COM S.R.L., a legal entity of Romanian nationality, has its registered office in Bucharest, Str. Aleea Resita No. 2, Sector 4, România, Trade Register number J2001004110407 and unique tax registration code 13846070.
1. CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS
By registering an order on the site, the buyer agrees to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which CABLE COM S.R.L.. carries out its commercial operations.
The notification received by the buyer, after placing the order, has an informational role and does not represent acceptance of the order. This notification is made electronically (e-mail) or by telephone.
For justified reasons, CABLE COM S.R.L.. reserves the right to modify the quantity of goods in the order. If the quantity of goods in the order is changed, the buyer will be notified at the e-mail address or telephone number provided when placing the order and will return the amount paid.
The contract is considered concluded between CABLE COM S.R.L. and the buyer upon receipt by the buyer, via e-mail, of the notification of dispatch (completion) of the order.
2. INVOICING – PAYMENT
The prices of the goods displayed on the website www.eshop-construction.ro include VAT in accordance with the legislation in force.
The price and payment method are specified in each order. CABLE COM S.R.L. will issue an invoice to the buyer for the goods delivered, the buyer's obligation being to provide all the information necessary for issuing the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.
For correct communication of the invoice related to the order, the buyer is obliged to update his/her account data on www.eshop-construction.ro whenever necessary and to access the information and documents related to each order, existing in the account.
3. DELIVERY OF GOODS
CABLE COM S.R.L. undertakes to deliver the goods via door-to-door courier to the buyer or to its own showroom, according to the customer's option.
The seller will ensure the proper packaging of the Goods and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents (tax invoice and warranty certificate issued by the seller or one of its suppliers for the purchased goods).
The seller will deliver the goods only within the European Union.
4. WARRANTIES
All Goods sold by CABLE COM S.R.L. benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. The goods are new, in their original packaging and come from sources authorized by each manufacturer.
In the case of goods claimed to be defective during the warranty period, the procedure must be followed according to the instructions in the warranty certificate.
The lack of a warranty certificate for the goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods to the email address: vanzari@eshop-construction.ro
NOTE: We do not perform service and installation at the customer's home.
5. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF THE GOODS
The ownership of the Goods will be transferred upon delivery, after payment by the buyer at the location indicated in the order (understanding delivery - signing the receipt of the transport document provided by the courier).
6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, CABLE COM S.R.L. is obliged to manage in a safe manner and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that you provide us.
The purpose of collecting data is: informing customers about the status of their account, informing buyers about the evolution and status of orders, evaluating the goods offered, commercial activity of promoting goods, marketing, advertising, media, administrative, development, market research, statistics, tracking and monitoring of sales and customer behavior.
By completing the data in the account creation and/or order form, the buyer declares and unconditionally accepts that his personal data be included in the database of CABLE COM S.R.L., and gives his express and unequivocal consent that all such personal data be stored, used and processed by CABLE COM S.R.L..
The Buyer's personal information may also be provided to the General Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the courts and other authorized state bodies, based on and within the limits of legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.
