Product delivery:

We deliver products through certain couriers in Romania, Italy, Austria, Germany, Greece and Hungary.
Orders placed from Friday after 12:00 to Sunday are processed on Monday, and the first holiday will be processed on Monday; ownership of the goods after signing the transport document and making payment to the courier;
In case of order cancellation, none of the parties involved will claim/request damages;

Payment methods:

Refund (cash payment upon receipt of the package, to the courier) in Romania or by Bank Order (European Union).

Shipping cost:

1. In Romania: 19 ron for the first 3 kg. plus one ron for each additional kg. (VAT included);
2. In Italy, Austria, Germany, Greece and Hungary: -The price for the first Kg. is 12 Euro plus 1 Euro for each additional kg.;
-The package cannot exceed 30 Kg.
-Prices are expressed in euros and do NOT include VAT.
-Transit time: 3-5 business days;
