Product delivery:

We deliver products throughout Romania (with FAN Courier), Italy, Austria and Germany;
Orders received by 12:00 are processed on the same day, Monday to Friday, and orders received after 12:00 are processed the next day;
Orders placed from Friday after 12:00 to Sunday are processed on Monday, and holidays will be processed on the first working day;
The buyer will take ownership of the goods after signing the transport document and making payment to the courier;
In the event of order cancellation, none of the parties involved will claim/request damages;

Payment methods:

Refund – cash payment upon receipt of the package, to the courier;

Transport cost:

1. In Romania: 19 ron for the first 3 kg. plus one ron for each additional kg. (VAT included);
2.In Italy, Austria and Germany: -Price per first Kg. 8 Euro plus 1 Euro for each additional kg.;
-The package cannot exceed 30 Kg.
-Prices are quoted in euros and do NOT include VAT.
-Transit time: 3-5 working days;
