Right of return 14 days from the online purchase.
Unilateral termination of the contract (Withdrawal from the purchase):
Thus, the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.
According to the legislation in force, withdrawal from the purchase is applicable only to individual customers.
This clause operates only if the return of the parts to the previous situation is possible.

Return costs are borne by the consumer.

The cost of transportation is the responsibility of the customer, and in case of return the transportation fee paid upon delivery is not refunded.

Considering the provisions of law 249/2015 updated, in order to meet the objectives of art. 14, the products are returned only in the original packaging.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered with all accessories and accompanying documents.
If, within 14 calendar days from the date of termination of the contract by the buyer, the latter does not return the product, the unilateral termination of the contract will not operate.
The refund of the product value will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of termination of the contract, by the buyer, to the customer's bank account. For orders paid through a bank account, the refund of the product value is possible only to the same account from which the payment was made.
This clause applies according to GEO 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products from this site using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in GEO 34/2014 art. 2 point 7.

General return conditions:

• Products can only be returned via a fast courier service. Excluding the Postal service.
• The cost of transporting the returned products is entirely the responsibility of the customer, Cable Com srl cannot be held liable for damage or loss of the package.
• We reserve the right not to accept for return products that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks or other signs of wear.
• If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, for example products that are delivered in sealed blisters, we reserve the right to request a fee for returning it to its initial state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand.
• If the returned product was purchased during a promotional period accompanied by another gift product, the gift related to the basic product, which is the subject of the return, is also returned.
• If the returned product was purchased during a period accompanied by a gift coupon, and the coupon value was converted into a discount and consumed on another subsequent order, the value of the consumed coupon will be withheld from the value of the returned product by the buyer.
• Returning products is a facility granted to individuals.

Exception to withdrawal:

• Products purchased by legal entities;
• Products that have undergone physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, etc.;
• Products brought on special order (with Pre-Order).
• Products made according to the consumer's specifications or distinctly personalized products, as well as products that by their nature cannot be returned;
• Consumable products or products that can degrade or deteriorate quickly.
• Products such as accumulators, light bulbs, batteries can only be returned if they are sealed.
