The warranty for durable products is at least 2 years according to the existing law in Romania.
The guarantee is excluded in cases where the lack of conformity results from:
Unforeseen or unauthorized modifications or adaptations were carried out by the Builder or were carried out without complying with his technical recommendations;
Failure to present the warranty certificate, stamped and with the fields completed, when a warranty repair is requested;
The failure is due to the negligence of the user or non-compliance with the recommendations in the user and maintenance guide;
Non-compliance by the buyer with the transport, handling, installation, use and maintenance conditions specified in the instructions that accompany the product upon delivery or in other brochures with operating rules edited by the manufacturers and by the buyer who took notice;
The finding by the specialists authorized by SC CABLE COM SRL and its partners that the claimed defect is due to the user. The product has defects caused by ignorance, omission, negligence or accident;
Entrusting the product for use to minors, people with disabilities or people who have not been trained on how to operate, use and handle the machine;
Entrusting the machine to be repaired to other unauthorized persons or companies;
Using the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed and manufactured, or using it in a different field of use than the one listed in this certificate. Damages or changes that affect the way the machine works, its performance and durability;
The use of accessories that are incompatible with the product and that influence its operation, performance and durability;
Normal wear and tear, periodic adjustments and consumables are not covered by the warranty.
Failure by the buyer/beneficiary to comply with the instructions for installation, commissioning, use, maintenance, handling, transport and storage, as well as the field of use, included in the documentation accompanying the product upon purchase (overloading, failure to carry out maintenance operations on time , use in inappropriate environments that do not comply with the indications given by the manufacturer;
The use of the products in a long-term overload regime or in a regime other than the one for which it was designed (the use of hobby products in a professional regime), their use outside the parameters regarding flatness and the working curve recommended by the manufacturer, the operation of thermal engines without having ensured a optimal cooling level.
The use of spare parts, lubricants, fuels, consumables, accessories different from those recommended by the manufacturer / importer.
Application of modifications not authorized by the manufacturer / importer:
a) Modification, deletion or replacement of product series;
b) Acting on the settings fixed by the manufacturer;
c) Changing the performance of the product;
d) The use of power cables that are sectioned or not soldered;
e) Elimination or non-use of protection systems from the endowment of the products.
Intervention on the product by persons or service units not authorized by Sc SC CABLE COM SRL or our partners.
Loss or destruction of the warranty certificate or purchase invoice. Failure to comply with these conditions causes the product to be excluded from the warranty.
The resolution of guarantees takes up to 15 calendar days from the reception of the product by the service unit. Post-warranty products will be resolved in a longer term, depending on each service unit, because products under warranty are prioritized.

Clean the product and free it from fuel and oil, so that it does not leak during transport.
Pack the product in a cardboard box and seal the package with scotch tape.
